Terms & conditions (short form)
These short terms apply to paid coding/AI tutoring and the intro call on coding.teodoro.ch. Freely available site content remains without warranty.
Provider & contract
Provider: Teodoro Morcone, Eichbühlstrasse 33, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland (info@teodoro.ch).
A contract is formed when I confirm a booking in writing (email/WhatsApp) or you use a payment link for an agreed service.
Services & prices
Lessons take place online or, by arrangement, in person in Zurich. Languages and scope follow the offer description.
The intro call (about 20 minutes) costs CHF 20 and is refunded if the same client then books a lesson or package; without a follow-up booking there is no refund entitlement.
No specific learning outcome or project completion is guaranteed.
Payment, cancellation & no-shows
Payment is collected in advance via the agreed channel (e.g. Stripe payment link).
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the start (Europe/Zurich); later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If I cancel, no fee is due; prepaid amounts are credited or an alternative slot is offered.
Clients may terminate the mandate at any time (Art. 404 CO). If a package is ended early, lessons already taken are billed at the single-lesson rate (CHF 110); any remaining credit is refunded within 30 days.
Minors
All learners under 18 require written parent/guardian approval before the first lesson (Art. 19 Swiss Civil Code; by email/WhatsApp).
In-person lessons with minors take place only with written parent/guardian consent.
Liability, law & privacy
This offer is directed at clients in Switzerland.
Freely available code/examples are without warranty; use at your own risk. For booked services, liability is limited as far as mandatory law allows; intent and gross negligence remain reserved.
Swiss substantive law applies. Mandatory consumer venues remain reserved; otherwise Zurich.
Privacy: see the privacy policy on this site. Please do not send special-category data (e.g. health data) via WhatsApp.
The offering is directed exclusively at customers with domicile in Switzerland. Bookings from abroad may be declined.
